Our artisan pizza menu includes a variety of favorites using a combination of these fresh ingredients, and we encourage requests from your guests:

We serve everything buffet-style, and keep the pizzas coming until your guests are completely satisfied.

• Pretzel Bites — Fresh-baked, handmade Bavarian pretzels served with a delicious warmed smoked gouda cheese dipping sauce.
• Salad — Either Spring Greens with shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, shaved
Parmesan and a citrus vinaigrette or Caesar Salad with romaine lettuce, pepperoncini, shaved Parmesan, croutons and creamy Caesar dressing
• Caprese Salad — Sliced fresh mozzarella, fresh basil leaves, sliced Roma tomatoes and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
• Bruschetta — Fresh homemade bruschetta topping served with wood fired garlic baguette toast
• Chicken Wings — Fresh jumbo chicken wings char grilled and coated with one of our signature sauces: Garlic Butter, Buffalo, Barbecue and Pit Bull Hot.
We are able to accommodate some dietary options, and we use environmentally-friendly plates and utensils.
